Hi,
my name is Kathleen, recently retired (early I might add) and now knitting and making jewellery full time.  I am a mother of seven (youngest is now twelve) with one grandchild and one on the way so you can imagine the practice I've had knitting.  

I am starting with some of the knitted items for sale and when this is up and going I will add a second shop for the costume jewellery.

If you buy more than one I will combine postage automatically for you.  Maximum postage you have to pay is €1.50 (€1.80UK). After you receive my items, if you have any problem with them please email me....even if you have already left feedback. By law you are entitled to cancel your purchase within seven days of receiving the item.  Just email me first to let me know and then return the item to me in it's original condition.  You will have to pay your own postage for this.  I will refund through paypal only immediately I receive the item but I will not refund postage costs.  I try to accommodate all my customers as much as I can.  Rarely an item will be faulty but if this happens just return the faulty item to me and it will be replaced immediately.  This applies up to three months after purchase.

All I ask of my customers is that they pay for their items within seven days after purchase.
