I have a shop in Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland.  Since 1998 I have been selling a huge variety of craft supplies, cake decorations, crystals, incense, angel cards and oodles of other stuff.  I am happy to list any of these items on Ebid, so if you don't see what you're looking for - just ask!    

• I combine postage to reduce your costs, so ask for an invoice if you are ordering more than one item.   Don't forget that the postage charge isn't just for the stamp - it also covers packaging & handling.
  The maximum charge for delivery of up to 30kg is only 10 Euro within Ireland/Northern Ireland and 15 Euro (around £13) to Great Britain.  

• The following is a rough guideline of our postal charges :

  I aim to post your order the same day that payment clears.  I send international orders by standard airmail and always get proof of posting.  If you would like your order insured (with Track & Trace) facilities, this option is available for 4 Euro extra.  If you would like your order sent by courier, this is also available for an extra charge (depending on size/weight of your order and destination country.)  The 10 Euro maximum charge for Ireland and the 15 Euro max. charge for GB is for courier delivery with Track & Trace included.

• Payment must be sent within 7 days of auction end.   I can accept cheques or postal orders in Euro or Sterling; bank drafts in Euro, Sterling or US dollars; Moneybookers, PPPay and PayPal.  I can accept Mastercard, Visa and Laser details by phone.  +353 (74) 9177877.   (Please make cheques/postal orders/drafts payable to Treasure Bin and send to Treasure Bin, Manderley House, Manderley Court, Letterkenny, County Donegal, Ireland.)
  If you would like to pay by bank transfer or any other method not mentioned here, please contact me BEFORE bidding.
  
  

• Returns must be sent within 10 working days of receipt .     In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately so that I can attempt to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.  If you need to return anything, it must be in its orginal condition including any packaging.  If I can't offer a replacement, I will refund the cost of the item.  (Postage may not be refunded, depending on the reason for return).

• Feedback
  I always leave feedback when the transaction is complete - i.e. as soon as I know you have received your item(s) and are happy with your purchase.  You can let me know by e-mail, by PM through the forum page, or by leaving me appropriate feedback.  If there is any problem with your purchase, please contact me first to give me a chance to fix the problem.
