Delivery information
All orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days as soon as payment for orders are received. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Our standard delivery service aims to deliver orders all over UK and Ireland within 3-5working days. The cost of the service varies depending on the items ordered, amount of items and location of delivery. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Our express delivery service aims to deliver orders all over the UK within 72 working hours or dispatch or orders. The cost of this service will depend on the items ordered and the location of delivery. Deliveries to remote areas might take longer.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be pleased with your order but if for any reason you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange your order. In a situation thereby you will like to change your order for an item that cost more than the item you are returning you will be charged the difference for the order but if you are exchanging it for an item that is less than your previous order your account will be credited.
Please return all items to us unworn, with all labels intact and in its original packaging within 14 working days of receipt.
Please be aware that postage and packaging is not refundable, however you will not be asked to pay additional postage if you request an exchange of similar item with the same amount of postage but if you exchange for an item that incurs more postage and packaging fees, you will incur the difference in the fees.
Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and please always obtain a certificate of receipt of posting as it will be needed to process your returns.
