We sell a variety of quality used collectables, pottery, ceramics, glass and one or two bits of new stuff too…practically anything we can get our hands on to feed our auction addiction.

Our philosophy...
We love selling on the Internet and want to make sure people have a great buying experience from our listings by:-

1. Describing items as fully as possible including any and all flaws. There's just no point in trying to hide anything, it will all end in tears and negative feedback otherwise.
2. We provide as many pictures as we can where appropriate so you can have a good look before bidding (please contact us for more if required).
3. We're flexible about payment methods from buyers with good feedback as we realise that not everyone can or likes to use PayPal (although we can only take GBP from overseas buyers).
4. We treat buyers how we'd like to be treated, sending neatly well-packed items as soon as possible after receiving cleared payment (dispatch is always within 3 working days but usually sooner).
5. We'll send a message the day your item is dispatched so you’re not left wondering if it’s been sent out or not.
6. We're happy to combine postage where you buy/win multiple items from us but you MUST wait for an invoice before you send payment for winning more than one item.

We really do try to mention every flaw in any second-hand used items and provide pictures of defects where possible. Please read descriptions carefully before making a bid or purchase. If you are unsure of an item's quality don't hesitate to contact us for clarification.

Boring but important postage bit...
We pack all of our parcels with great care (particularly fragile items) and ensure they are clearly labelled. We also use certificates of posting as proof of dispatch and to ensure you receive compensation in the very rare event that your item is lost or arrives damaged.

Accepted payment methods...
Please pay within 10 days of winning bid. Overseas buyers please note that we accept payment in GBP sterling ONLY by the methods given in the listing.

Our refund policy...
We're confident you'll be pleased with any purchase from us. However, we offer a full refund on item price and only if it is returned in original condition / packaging within 28 days of sale.
