We will do everything in our power to make it right. If you wish to return the item(s) we require your name and the auction number(s). Once we have received these, we will send you a return authorization number. Return the item(s) with the authorization number written legibly on the outside of the package. The item(s) must be in original condition, complete with all paperwork, original packaging and accompanying items. 

No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package.

 Customer is is responsible for shipping and insurance costs to return the item(s). We will refund the purchase price of the item(s) minus the original shipping fees. We will issue a refund within 2 to 3 days of receipt of the item(s) in satisfactory condition.
