We send your item(s) either by USPS registered parcel post or by Canada registered small parcel post.
PLEASE NOTE: – We manufacture your item AFTER it has been ordered. This process normally takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. Your item(s) will be shipped within 2 days once the manufacturing process is completed, usually the same day, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
We securely package your item(s) in new packaging material. We will ship to confirmed pay pal addresses only – NO EXCEPTIONS. Delivery time is estimated to be 8 to 10 business days for U.S. and Canadian customers and 18 to 25 business days for all other countries. Shipping times may vary. Please understand that once we ship the item(s), we have no control on how long it take the post offices of our country and your country to process and deliver the package. We will combine shipping costs. Pay the highest shipping cost and all other items shipped with that item will be shipped for only $2.00 more each. Please inform us if you are bidding on more than one item so that we may combine them in one package.If you do not, the items will be sent separately with shipping costs added for each package. All U.S. customers please note that all packages destined for a U.S. address from outside the U.S.A. are subject to processing by U.S. customs and security under the U.S. Homeland Security Program as they enter the U.S. Delays resulting from that process are beyond our control. All U.S. buyers must provide us with their home telephone number as it is required by the U.S. Homeland Security Program to be included in the shipping address on the package, for possible verification purposes.

We want you to be happy with your purchase of our fine jewellery, therefore we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us or contact us through the eBid AAL (after auction log) within 7 days after receiving it. We will do everything in our power to make it right. If you wish to return the item(s) we require your name and the auction number(s). Once we have received these, we will send you a return authorization number. Return the item(s) with the authorization number written legibly on the outside of the package. The item(s) must be in original condition, complete with all paperwork, original packaging and accompanying items.
No returns will be accepted without a valid return authorization number clearly written on the outside of the package.
Customer is is responsible for shipping and insurance costs to return the item(s). We will refund the purchase price of the item(s) minus the original shipping fees. We will issue a refund within 2 to 3 days of receipt of the item(s) in satisfactory condition.
