The item measures approx; 7.5cm (2.9") top to bottom.

The item is in a very good condition with minimal wear, there is a small area of enamel loss at the bottom of the central white shield.
The rear of the jewel bears the name of the manufacturer;
"G. Kenning & Sons, London."
