Dragon 1/72 Sd Kfz 186 JagdTiger (Porsche Version)

20 mm scale

Brand new and unbuilt.

Mounting a 128mm Pak44 L/55 gun and armour of 250mm, the JagdTiger was the heaviest AFV to see service in World War 2. The prototype first appeared in 1944 and was designed as a limited traverse Tiger II. However at the late stage of the war with equipment limited some JagdTigers were armed with the smaller 88mm Pak43/3 gun which was fitted in the Jagdpanther. The JagdTiger was issued to two units and saw service in the Ardennes and later in the defence of Germany.

This is one of the few model kits available nowadays of the JagdTiger in 1/72 since the Esci version has been deleted.

Ideal for wargaming or just building for fun, this is a very straight forward kit to build which goes together very well and has a nice solid feel to it once it's completed. The mouldings are clean and crisp as you would expect from Dragon.
